My first experience with RDS was this week and I am very happy that I hired them to help me with my business’s logistics. Sofia and Karen in the office, as well as all others involved, gave the best customer service with quick replies, patient with all of my questions, and excellent coordination of my round trip deliveries and pick ups. They also provided an insurance certificate so that they could deliver directly to my client’s office on the 34th floor, taking a ton of labor and stress off of my shoulders, literally. I would love to work with RDS again.

I tried for several months to find a company that would handle my delivery needs and was about to give up when i chanced upon Karen Bracamontes of RDS Delivery Service.Karen is an amazing professional. She is focused on finding a way to accomplish what her customers want. Others take the easy path and say "we can't do that".My need was to have 18 suitcases picked-up at an active military base then delivered to a hotel in Manhattan. sounds simple, but lots of other companies said "we can't do that".I've managed thousands of customer service colleagues in my career and recognize a great one when i see them.
