The delivery people don't even know the difference between east and west and what address they are delivering to. They don't seem to know how to read. Why use a service like this if the company doesn't hire people who can read a building number or know the difference between east and west?

My first experience with RDS was this week and I am very happy that I hired them to help me with my business’s logistics. Sofia and Karen in the office, as well as all others involved, gave the best customer service with quick replies, patient with all of my questions, and excellent coordination of my round trip deliveries and pick ups. They also provided an insurance certificate so that they could deliver directly to my client’s office on the 34th floor, taking a ton of labor and stress off of my shoulders, literally. I would love to work with RDS again.

RDS is the most efficient messenger service I have used. I have been using various different services in NYC for the last 20 years. I found RDS in 2021 and have been a loyal customer since. By far, RDS is the best. My pick ups are timely and there is never a mistake. Dealing with the company is painless as they are all very nice, professional. They are always quick to respond and set up my deliveries as my business depends on it.
