She is focused on finding a way to accomplish what her customers want. Others take the easy path and say "we can't do that".My need was to have 18 suitcases picked-up at an active military base then delivered to a hotel in Manhattan. sounds simple, but lots of other companies said "we can't do that".I've managed thousands of customer service colleagues in my career and recognize a great one when i see them. I can't recommend RDS enough. I worked with Sofia, who gave me regular inventory updates on what they'd received to date. They were on time (early, even) to our scheduled delivery time.
